First Field Update

OK, so I'm in East Asia now, and have been here now three days (sorry I haven't gotten an update on here before now). After almost 20 hours on 4 planes, 2 hours on busses, an hour on a train and an overnight in Hong Kong, I finally got here. Talk about jet lag.
It's been fun getting to see old friends and what's changed here in the city I used to live in. I've also already gotten busy working on several media projects that were not finished when I came home from my previous assignment here, and also some new ones. Please be in prayer about the training I'm supposed to help with. The first of these has already been canceled because of the weather and other circumstances. The rainy season has now arrived and the second of these training sessions should now be possible, but please pray that schedules would work out if this is what God has for me to do in my time here.
I'm having to learn how to lean on Him more, again. It's strange how I get to where I'm doing so much in my own strength while I'm in America. I want to live in the US like I do here, and have the faith at home that I have while in foreign lands. Because in reality, all countries are foreign soil to Christians, whose home is in heaven. I need His strength just as much in Fort Worth as I do here. If this is the only lesson I learn in my time here, it will be well worth it.
Please continue to pray for me and people God puts in contact with on my trip. Thanks again for your prayers.
in HIS grip for HIS glory,
jason
