What does inHISgripforHISglory mean?

I started signing all my emails and letters with this tag line several years ago as a subtle reminder (to both those who I write and to myself) that God ultimately has me and all things in His hands, and that He will receive the glory for everything He does through my febel body. When I decided to start this blog, I thought this title appropriately fit me and what I wanted to convey in it.

It is my desire to use this blog as a tool for communicating with family and friends. I plan to journal the lessons God is teaching me, the experiences He is bringing me through (especially those overseas), and anything else I think others would like to hear from or about me. Let me know what interests you and what bores you, and I'll try to write accordingly. May God richly bless and watch over you-
